At UniqCast we are committed to provide lawful, fair and transparent processing of personal data. We only use personal information where we have a proper legal basis for doing so in accordance with EU Data protection rules and other applicable law. 

With this notice we want to inform you about how we take care of protecting your personal information. You will find out what personal information we collect, why we need them, how we process them and what are your rights.

This privacy notice applies to any natural persons using UniqCast services, regardless of how you access our website ( through mobile devices, pc-s or other applications). This privacy notice does not apply to legal persons, such as companies.

Personal data is any information relating to an identified or identifiable natural person. An identifiable natural person is one who can be identified, directly or indirectly, by reference to an identifier such as a name, an identification number, location data, IP address, email address, voice, photo and other factors specific to the identity of specific natural person.

We collect personal information from you when you give us your contacts via web forms on the web page, when you get in contact with us via email or when you otherwise correspond with us (e.g. by standard mail to our Company address, telephone calls, personal contact at trades, business meetings and other similar situations). 

UniqCast process below listed personal data:

- Identification information: name and surname, Email, Company Name, Company Web page, phone number and job title, depending on how you get in contact with us.

- Technical information: whenever you use Internet service, certain information gets created and logged automatically (e.g. browser type, device type, the date and time of your request). We use cookies when they are necessary for the functioning of our web services and to improve our web site and your user experience. We do not link the information we get from cookies with your identification data. For further information about cookies, please check our Cookie notice.

We use the information we collect for explicit purposes:

- to provide service for you based on the reason you’ve contacted us, such as answering your questions, helping solve your business problems, sending you a business offer or our presentation and similar activities. Your consent for this purpose to process your data is presumed by filling your data in our web form, by sending us Email or by giving us your contacts when otherwise contacting us.

- to contact you about our webinars, promotions, product news and demos, business events and other similar activities that are connected to our business. You can give your consent for this purpose by clicking the button under web form or in any other specific action.

- Improve our websites and services.

Your personal data are not further processed in a manner that is incompatible with those purposes without your specific consent.
You can always withdraw your consent at any time, as easy as you gave it, free of charge and without any negative consequences for you.
We won’t disclose any of your personal information to third persons, unless with your consent. 
We may need to share some of your personal data with our partner, who is providing us with marketing automation services. Our partner does not have any impact on the purposes of processing your data and shell process your data only in line with the instructions from UniqCast. We make sure that our partner will handle your personal data with same respect and security as we do.
On UniqCast’s website there are follow buttons to our social media accounts: to Facebook, LinkedIn and Twitter. Please note that Twitter, Facebook and LinkedIn have their own privacy rules. We have no impact on how they process your personal information, therefore we take no liability for how they manage your personal data. Please check their privacy notice for more information.
We are obligated to disclose your personal information if required by law or other legal subpoena.

Every five years we will review if the personal data we process are still needed for the above described purposes (e.g. we are in regular business contact or you regularly respond to our webinars and other marketing activities).In case you withdraw your consent for processing your data, they will be erased without any undue delay, unless there will be other legal ground for processing (e.g. for compliance with a legal obligation,  exercise of legal claims).
When we no longer need to use your personal data and they are not needed for any legal or regulatory obligations, we will erase any existing copy or use any anonymization technique in order to irreversibly prevent identification so that we can't identify you. 

Taking into account the state of art, we have implemented appropriate technical and organizational measures to reduce the risks of loss, unauthorized access, disclosure of data and other unauthorized alteration of personal data. 
We make sure that your personal data are processed only by employees, who are authorized and are familiar with EU personal data protection rules.

Personal data are stored on servers owned by our partner and are hosted within EU and European Economic Area ("EEA"), some data may be stored in Canada and in United States. Based on the EU Commission adequacy decision and EU-US Privacy Shield decision, we ensure the adequate level of protection for data stored in third countries.

You are allowed to use our service when aged 16 or over, otherwise we need your parents or your legal representative approval.

At any time you have the right to know what personal data concerning you we are processing. On your request, we will provide you a copy of your personal data undergoing processing in structured, commonly used and machine-readable format and other main information about processing your data. 
You have the right to demand an update of incomplete personal data and to rectify any inaccurate personal data concerning you. As long as your data won’t be accurate, you can demand the restriction of processing.
If you withdraw your consent for processing your data, in whole or in parts, we  will erase your personal data, unless there are other legal grounds for processing. Processing before your withdrawal of consent, will remain lawful.
If you think that your data are no longer necessary for the purposes mentioned above or that your data have been unlawfully processed, you have the right to demand erasure of your data or just the restriction of their use. If you have any complaint about your privacy, regarding how we process your data, please do not hesitate to contact us. You also have the right to file a complaint with the Croatian Data Protection Agency or with a supervisory authority, where you have your habitual residence or based on your place of work.

We may amend this privacy notice at any time. The new version will be posted on this site with the effective date of the amended version.
