Security Advisory: Unauthorized Website Impersonating UniqCast (uniqcast.org)
Zagreb, Croatia – February 12, 2026 - We have identified an unauthorized website, uniqcast.org, that is falsely representing itself as UniqCast. This website is not affiliated with UniqCast in any way.
UniqCast’s only official website domain is: uniqcast.com. All official UniqCast communications and business correspondence originate from email addresses ending in @uniqcast.com.
If you are a customer, partner, or prospect in the IPTV/OTT industry, please read the guidance below to protect your organization, teams, and end users from confusion or fraud.
Important clarification about UniqCast products and services
UniqCast is a B2B technology provider. We offer products and professional services to operators such as telecoms, internet service providers (ISPs), broadcasters, and pay-TV/IPTV/OTT operators.
Our flagship offering is the UniqCast platform (including related modules and services) designed to help operators deliver, manage, and evolve TV experiences for their subscribers.
UniqCast does not sell consumer streaming subscriptions directly to end users. We do not operate a consumer “watch TV online” service, and we do not offer end-user streaming plans via websites such as uniqcast.org.
What we know
The domain uniqcast.org appears to use the UniqCast name in a way that may mislead visitors into believing it is an official UniqCast site or an authorized UniqCast channel. It may also present offers, contacts, or services that are not operated or approved by UniqCast.
Important: UniqCast does not operate or authorize any sales, subscriptions, commercial offers, or support requests via uniqcast.org.
How to verify official UniqCast channels
To avoid impersonation attempts, please use the checks below:
1) Verify the domain
- Official: uniqcast.com
- Not official / not affiliated: uniqcast.org
Be cautious with any domain that looks similar (extra words, hyphens, or different endings like .net, .tv, etc.).
2) Verify email addresses
Official UniqCast emails end in @uniqcast.com.
If you receive an unexpected message claiming to be UniqCast:
- Check the sender’s full email address (not just the display name).
- If unsure, do not reply to the suspicious email. Instead, contact us through the details on uniqcast.com.
3) Verify commercial requests
UniqCast will not ask you to:
- Make payments to personal accounts
- Pay via unusual methods (e.g., gift cards, crypto wallets, or “urgent” transfers to unknown accounts)
- Share passwords, MFA codes, or remote access to your systems
If something feels off, trust that instinct and verify via uniqcast.com.
What UniqCast is doing
We take brand misuse and customer safety seriously. We are actively:
- Reporting the impersonation to relevant domain/hosting and platform channels
- Requesting removal and de-indexing where applicable
- Monitoring for additional impersonation attempts using the UniqCast name
Because investigations and platform actions can take time, this advisory serves as the authoritative reference for customers and partners.
How to report suspicious activity
